Roma have finished the Serie A season above city rivals Lazio after securing a narrow home victory over Napoli.

The Giallorossi end the campaign sixth in the Serie A table, courtesy of their first win in three games and Lazio's defeat at Cagliari.

Edinson Cavani netted a late consolation goal for Napoli, who finish second, nine points behind champions Juventus.
