Real Sociedad pile misery on Almeria

Real Sociedad have bounced back from their midweek defeat to Manchester United with a 3-0 home win over struggling Almeria.

Antoine Griezmann bagged a brace for Jagoba Arrasate's side before Jose Angel added a third to take them into ninth place after 10 games in La Liga.

The French winger opened his account with a header in the 13th minute.

The hosts had to wait until the 50th minute before he doubled their lead with another headed goal, this time from Angel's cross.

The Spanish left-back wrapped up the points five minute later with a low drive inside the box.

As a result, Almeria are rooted to the bottom of the table with three points and no wins from their 10 games.
