David Moyes relieved to record away win

Real Sociedad boss David Moyes praises his side for their performance in Monday's 1-0 victory at Getafe.

Real Sociedad boss David Moyes has revealed his delight after leading the Basque outfit to their first away league win of the season on Monday evening.

A second-half effort from Inigo Martinez secured all the points against Getafe as Moyes led his team into the top half of the La Liga table.

"It took a long time, a long time. It's been a long time since we've run on the road," Inside Spanish Football quotes Moyes as saying. "We were able to tighten up after going ahead.

"We had a lot of luck, I have to recognise that there should've been a penalty in Getafe's favour. But in any case, overall, we deserved to win."

Sociedad have won three of their last four league matches.
