David Moyes looking for consistency

Real Sociedad boss David Moyes calls on his players to find consistency from now until the end of the season.

Real Sociedad boss David Moyes has called on his players to find some consistency in the final weeks of the season.

Moyes has turned around Sociedad's fortunes since arriving last November, with the Basque outfit currently 12th in La Liga and just three points outside of the top 10.

Consistency has been a problem this season, however, with some impressive wins followed by disappointing performances.

"The best motivation is self-motivation. If you play for La Real and you're not motivated, you have a problem and shouldn't be here," Moyes told reporters.

"We need players with determination and attitude, who want to win every game.

"We want to improve our performance levels. My players still have plenty to say yet. These are important weeks, in which they must work hard. In football you can't be good one day and bad in another, you must try to always do well."

Sociedad play their game in hand against Elche on Monday.
