Real Madrid 'will not use Vinicius in Mbappe bid'

Real Madrid are reportedly not planning on using Vinicius Junior as a makeweight in a move for Paris Saint-Germain's Kylian Mbappe this summer.

Los Blancos continue to be linked with Mbappe, who is expected to be sold by PSG in the upcoming market if he does not sign a new contract with the French champions.

A recent report claimed that Zinedine Zidane's side were prepared to include Vinicius in part-exchange for the France international.

However, according to Marca, the Brazilian is now seen as 'untouchable' at the Bernabeu due to his impressive form in the second half of the 2020-21 campaign.

The 20-year-old has scored six times and registered six assists in 39 appearances at club level this term, including three goals and two assists in 10 Champions League outings.

Vinicius, who has more than four years left to run on his contract with Madrid, has featured in all but three of his side's 30 La Liga matches during the current season.
