Real Madrid are interested in signing Leicester City midfielder James Maddison, according to a report.
The Spanish outfit are currently concentrating on finding a creative player that could replace Luka Modric when he decides to finish his career, and the Englishman has come up as an option.
According to Fichajes, the La Liga side are interested in signing Maddison this summer, who has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in the past.
The club are said to be ready with an offer that the 25-year-old will not be able to refuse, which could see him leave the King Power Stadium this summer in order to join them.
Right now Maddison is under contract until 2024, and the Foxes are not willing to listen to any negotiations under £67m, which is where they are valuing him at currently.
This season the 25-year-old has made 26 appearances within the Premier League, scoring eight goals, while he has added another two to his tally in other competitions.
