Team News: Karim Benzema starts for Real Madrid

Karim Benzema returns to the starting lineup as Real Madrid face Real Betis in their La Liga clash at the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid have named Karim Benzema in the starting lineup for their La Liga clash against Real Betis this evening.

The 27-year-old was left out of the squad for last weekend's goalless draw with Sporting Gijon, but he returns to join Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale in the attack.

James Rodriguez has also been restored to the starting XI, with Isco and Jese Rodriguez the players to make way.

Meanwhile, Ruben Castro will be tasked with leading the line for the visitors, who have lost on their last five visits to the Bernabeu.

Real Madrid: Navas; Danilo, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo; Kroos, Modric; James, Bale, Ronaldo; Benzema

Real Betis: Adan; Piccini, Pezzella, Bruno, Molinero; Xavi Torres, N'Diaye, Cejudo, Vargas; Ceballos; Castro
