Real Madrid have started with their most expensive players, Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo, supporting Karim Benzema in attack as they search for a win against Granada that would seem them to the top of La Liga.

Coach Carlo Ancelotti also picks Argentine winger Angel di Maria in an adventurous lineup, while Daniel Carvajal is preferred to Alvaro Arbeloa at right-back.
