Cristiano Ronaldo hails Carlo Ancelotti

Real Madrid attacker Cristiano Ronaldo lavishes praise on Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti.

Cristiano Ronaldo has branded Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti "a great coach and a great person".

Ancelotti led Los Blancos to the Champions League and Copa del Rey titles during his first season in charge.

Real Madrid are also currently on a 22-match winning run in all competitions, and Ronaldo believes that the closeness of the squad is down to Ancelotti's management.

"The coach has great importance. He is a great coach and a great person. We are all delighted with him. Together we are a united family that will try to overcome the successes of 2014," he told AS.

Real Madrid claimed the Club World Cup last weekend.
