Sevilla will be without the services of first-choice goalkeeper Beto and key midfielder Ever Banega for Wednesday's trip to Real Madrid in La Liga.
Beto was substituted during his side's 3-2 win over Espanyol at the weekend, with a muscular problem keeping the Portuguese on the sidelines.
Banega, meanwhile, picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the same match and will therefore miss out at the Bernabeu.
Stephane Mbia could return to the fold, however, after participating in the Africa Cup of Nations.
The two sides were initially due to meet in December, but Real Madrid's involvement in the Club World Cup forced the match to be postponed.
