Jude Bellingham has reportedly emerged as a slight doubt for Real Madrid's clash with Atletico Madrid on Sunday night.

The England international has been in excellent form for Los Blancos this season, finding the back of the net on six occasions in six appearances, in addition to providing an assist.

Bellingham has scored five times in five La Liga outings, while he netted the winner against Union Berlin in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

According to AS, the 20-year-old was forced to leave Real Madrid's training session on Friday early due to a stomach problem.

The report claims that Bellingham started to feel unwell during a session in the gym, and there is now a concern over his involvement in the Madrid derby.

However, Real Madrid's staff are believed to be hopeful that the summer arrival from Borussia Dortmund will be able to overcome the problem in time for Sunday's affair.

Los Blancos are expected to monitor the youngster over the next 24 hours before a decision is made on his involvement against Diego Simeone's side.

Real Madrid will definitely be without the services of Dani Carvajal, Thibaut Courtois and Eder Militao for the clash with the Red and Whites.

Vinicius Junior has a slight chance of making his return from a hamstring issue, having trained this week, while Arda Guler has also been back in training following minor knee surgery.

Bellingham has been comfortably Real Madrid's main source of goals so far this season, netting six times in all competitions, while on-loan forward Joselu is second with two goals.

Vinicius managed one goal in his first three appearances of the season, while Rodrygo, who is playing as a striker this season, has one goal in five outings.

Ancelotti will announce his squad for the Madrid derby on Saturday, and it is thought that Bellingham will be included even if there remains some doubt over his involvement.
