Team News: Nigel Adkins makes three changes against Derby County

Reading boss Nigel Adkins has made three changes to the side that lost to Brentford before the international break, with Jake Taylor, Jamie Mackie and Simon Cox all coming into the team.

Jem Karacan, Shaun Cummings and Anton Ferdinand are all sidelined through injury.

Derby County's lineup is unchanged from the 0-0 draw with Millwall, with Jake Buxton and Kelle Roos back on the substitutes' bench.

The away side have lost only one of their 14 games in all competitions this season.
