Leipzig describes Keita rumours as "boring"

RB Leipzig chief executive Oliver Mintzlaff has described the transfer speculation surrounding Naby Keita as "boring".

The 22-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool, who are believed to be considering a £70m swoop.

Emil Forsberg's future is also believed to be in doubt after his representative claimed that the winger "wants to make the next step".

When asked by Sportbuzzer if the duo are "immune" to offers, Mintzlaff said: "Yes, and that topic is boring.

"It's only our second Bundesliga season, our squad's still the youngest and most likely also the most inexperienced. Sure, it would be great to start where we left off. It's an advantage that there's no upheaval."

Keita scored eight goals and registered seven assists in the Bundesliga last season.
