Rangers target Norwich City striker

Rangers are reportedly in hot pursuit of Norwich City frontman Grant Holt due to the impending departure of Nikica Jelavic.

The Scottish outfit are believed to be desperate to find a replacement for Jelavic, who is due to sign for Everton in the next few hours after the club agreed a fee for the Croatian forward.

It is thought that Gers boss Ally McCoist is determined to clinch Holt before the 11pm deadline, according to Sky Sports News.

Canaries boss Paul Lambert has reiterated today that no players will be sold from the Premier League side.
