Team News: Dean Shiels comes in as Rangers make one change for Peterhead tie

Rangers make one change to the starting lineup for their Scottish League Cup match against Peterhead.

Mark Warburton has made one change to the Rangers team which beat Hibernian 6-2 last weekend for their Scottish League Cup match against Peterhead.

Dean Shiels replaces Jason Holt on the right side of a midfield three, with Rangers sticking to a 4-3-3 formation.

Martyn Waghorn, who scored on his debut last week, leads the line with Barrie McKay and David Templeton in support.

Cammy Bell remains unavailable due to injury so new signing Wes Foderingham continues in goal.

For Peterhead, Andy Rodgers returns from suspension and Jamie Redman passed a late fitness test to take his place in the starting eleven.

Rangers: Foderingham, Tavernier, Wilson, Kiernan, Wallace, Shiels, Halliday, Law, McKay, Waghorn, Templeton

Peterhead: Smith, Strachan, Ross, Blockley, Noble, Redman, Dzierzawski, Brown, Stevenson, McAllister, Sutherland
