Rangers reported to the SPFL after sectarian chanting by fans

Rangers have been reported to the SPFL after sectarian chanting was heard during their Scottish Championship victory at Raith Rovers last night.

Match delegate Tom Purdie mentioned the chanting in his report, and the SPFL will decide whether any action will be taken.

The chanting was also heard by those following the action on television.

Rangers beat Raith 2-1, but remain 19 points behind league leaders Hearts.
