Nicky Clark delighted with first Rangers goal

Rangers striker Nicky Clark cannot believe how quickly he scored his first goal for the club against East Fife in the Scottish League One.

Rangers striker Nicky Clark is delighted with his debut goal for the club and hopes that he will keep his place in the starting lineup.

The 22-year-old took just 29 seconds to open his account for the Gers as Ally McCoist's men hit five past East Fife, with Lee McCullock scoring a hat-trick.

Clark told the club's official website: "I read on Twitter the goal was after just 29 seconds so to score my first goal for the club so quickly and in front of that crowd, it was just unbelievable.

"It also helped me settle into the game as I was a bit nervous going into it. Thankfully we went on to score a few more and it was great to get our fourth league win of the season."

Rangers are now the only side in Scottish League One with a 100% record.
