Queens Park Rangers to move for Shay Given?

Queens Park Rangers are reportedly preparing a move for Aston Villa goalkeeper Shay Given.

It is understood that R's boss Mark Hughes has targeted a goalkeeper ahead of the new campaign, with the 36-year-old at the top of his list.

Given still has four years remaining on his contract at Villa Park, but could ask to leave following a disappointing season, according to The Telegraph.

West Ham United goalkeeper Robert Green is also a reported target.
