Queens Park Rangers confirm Djibril Cisse interest

Mark Hughes has revealed that he would like to make Djibril Cisse a Queens Park Rangers player before the deadline closes tomorrow evening.

The former Liverpool and Sunderland striker is currently plying his trade in Serie A with Lazio.

However, the 30-year-old has failed to settle in the Italian capital and is said to be keen on a move back to Premier League.

Hughes told reporters that he was unsure whether or not a deal would be concluded before tomorrow's cut-off point.
