Stephane Mbia joins Sevilla on loan

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Stephane Mbia has joined Sevilla on a season-long loan deal.

Mbia joined the R's from Marseille in the summer of 2012 and was part of the squad that was relegated from the Premier League last season.

QPR have been trying to cut costs as they adjust to life in the Championship, and they have confirmed tonight that the midfielder has signed with the Liga outfit.

Mbia made 32 appearances for Rangers in all competitions before his move to Spain.
