Queens Park Rangers' Charlie Austin 'yet to decide future'

Charlie Austin 'yet to decide future'

Charlie Austin's former teammate Billy Paynter has revealed that the Queens Park Rangers striker is yet to make a decision regarding his future.

The 25-year-old, who has reportedly been rated at £15m by QPR, has been linked to Newcastle United, West Ham United and Chelsea.

While numerous reports have suggested that Austin will move on after QPR were relegated to the Championship last season, Paynter, who plays for Hartlepool United, has claimed that a final decision is yet to be made.

"I am texting him to see where he is moving to, or if he is moving, but he isn't giving anything anyway," Paynter told The Shields Gazette.

"There are a few teams that have been sniffing around, and I'm sure QPR will want to try and keep him, but he doesn't know where he is going yet."

Austin moved to Loftus Road from Burnley in 2013.
