Radek Cerny expects to miss out

Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Radek Cerny believes that he will lose his place in the team this weekend should Paddy Kenny recover from injury.

The Czech keeper has been thrust into action in the past three games with Kenny and second-choice keeper Brian Murphy absent.

While the 37-year-old has impressed during his time as a stand in, he has stated that he expects to return to the bench when the R's host Manchester United on Sunday.

"If Paddy is 100% fit he will most likely be picked," Cerny told isport.

Cerny's contract expires at the end of the season and he has been linked with a return to his home country.
