Faurlin back in training

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Alejandro Faurlin has returned to training following a serious knee injury.

The Argentine damaged his cruciate ligaments for the third time in three years back in August.

Despite being back on the training ground, the 28-year-old will not be able to feature for QPR during the final weeks of the season because he is not in their 25-man Premier League squad.

The R's are currently in 19th place in the table, four points adrift of safety. Chris Ramsey's side have lost their last four games in a row.

They continue their fight for survival on Sunday when Everton make the trip to Loftus Road.
