Adam Hamer replaces Jorrit Hendrix in midfield as Philip Cocu's charges seek to build on their emphatic Eredivisie 6-3 win at De Graafschap on Sunday.
Dieter Hecking, meanwhile, makes two changes, with Niklas Bendtner finding himself on the bench in lieu of Bas Dost and Joshua Guilavogui slotting into midfield alongside Luiz Gustavo.
PSV currently sit bottom of Group B, while Wolfsburg are top, though just three points separate the sides.
