Report: Sirigu looking to leave PSG in January

Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu is reportedly planning a move away from the club in January in order to secure a spot in Italy's Euro 2016 squad.

The 28-year-old has lost his place in the Ligue 1 champions' starting XI to Kevin Trapp, and according to Le Parisien, Sirigu is afraid that he will no longer be second choice behind Gianluigi Buffon for the Azzurri.

It is believed that the Italian is looking for a return to Serie A having previously played for Palermo, and there are suggestions that Roma were interested before signing Wojciech Szczesny in the summer.

Sirigu has played 142 games for PSG since joining the club in 2011.
