Paris Saint-Germain have announced that they are to renovate the Parc des Princes.
The work, which will start in November, has been scheduled as France prepares to host the European Championships in 2016.
The project has an estimated cost of £16m and will be bankrolled by the Paris Mayor's office.
The ground has been operation in its current state since 1972.
