Carlo Ancelotti says that David Beckham will not travel with his Paris Saint-Germain squad to face Sochaux away from home.

Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has said that midfielder David Beckham will not be part of his team to face Sochaux on Sunday.

The 37-year-old, who joined PSG on a five-month contract as a free agent in January, started training with the team this week.

"No, he will stay here," Ancelotti told reporters when asked about Beckham's availability for Sunday's Ligue 1 game away from home.

PSG are currently six points clear at the top of the league table.
