Akpo Sodje signs Preston North End extension

Preston North End have confirmed that striker Akpo Sodje has signed a contract extension with the club.

The 32-year-old penned a one-month deal at the start of the current campaign following an impressive pre-season at Deepdale.

He has now secured himself another month with the League One side after scoring four goals in six games.

Sodje has played for a host of teams during his career, including Sheffield Wednesday, Hibernian and Chinese side Tianjin Teda.
