Team News: Five changes for Portsmouth

Portsmouth manager Guy Whittingham has made five changes to his starting XI ahead of this afternoon's clash with League Two high-flyers Chesterfield at Fratton Park.

Bondz N'Gala, Marcos Painter, Romain Padovani, Jed Wallace and goalkeeper Phillip Smith drop out following last weekend's 2-2 draw at Mansfield.

Yassin Moutaouakil, Danny East, Ricky Holmes, Johannes Ertl and John Sullivan come in.

Meanwhile, Chesterfield name the same side that beat Southend United 2-1 seven days ago.

That means that Spireites captain Ian Evatt, who has not made a first-team appearance since November 2011 due to a knee injury, misses out again because of a lack of match fitness.

However, the 31-year-old defender is reported to be close to making his much-awaited his return.
