The Portsmouth Supporters Trust have revealed their confusion at the decision to postpone the Fratton Park court case.
A hearing regarding the sale of the club's stadium was due to take place at the High Court tomorrow, but will no longer do so after being adjourned.
The purchase of Fratton Park is considered a crucial part of the Trust's bid to buy the troubled club, but this latest twist has left them bemused.
"We`re all scratching our heads and trying to work out what is going on," said the Trust's spokesman, Colin Farmery.
"We will have to wait for the court to open in the morning."
Cash-strapped Portsmouth are currently precariously perched just one place and one point above the League One relegation zone.
