Half-Time Report: Port Vale ahead at the break

Port Vale are leading Plymouth Argyle at half time in their FA Cup clash.

Conor Hourihane hit an early shot over the bar and Temitope Obadeyi had two good efforts, first firing wide before striking the post with a fierce shot.

However, Port Vale took the lead when Gavin Tomlin rose highest to head in the opening goal.

It was an even match after that, with both sides looking comfortable on the ball. However, the home side doubled their advantage when Tom Pope powered in a header.
