Osasuna 2-1 Villarreal

Osasuna have moved up to fifth in the La Liga table with a 2-1 win at home to Villarreal.

Marco Ruben gave the visitors the lead after 64 minutes, but his effort was cancelled out by Ibrahima Balde 10 minutes later.

Sergio Gonzalez grabbed the winner with seven minutes to play.

The defeat has seen Villarreal slump to 17th in the table, level on points with 18th-placed Sporting Gijon.
