Rhys Turner joins York City

Oldham Athletic sanction the loan exit of 20-year-old striker Rhys Turner to York City.

York City have completed the signing of Rhys Turner on a one-month loan deal.

The 20-year-old has made eight appearances for League One outfit Oldham Athletic this season.

However, despite the fact that he has featured on a regular basis for the Latics, the striker has been granted permission to spend the next month at Bootham Crescent.

Turner, who will wear the number 23 shirt, could make his York debut during Saturday's home clash against Carlisle United.
