Oldham Athletic sign Bobby Reid on loan

Oldham Athletic have completed the signing of Bristol City midfielder Bobby Reid on loan for the remainder of the season.

The 20-year-old becomes Lee Johnson's first signing as Oldham boss since taking charge of the club last week.

"The gaffer was at Bristol City when I was starting out and knows about me," Reid told the club website.

"I've reached the stage of my career when I need to be playing games, which is why I am happy to be here."

Reid has also played for Cheltenham Town.
