Adlene Guedioura believes that Nottingham Forest have what is takes to survive in the Championship this season.

Nottingham Forest loanee Adlene Guedioura believes that the club are capable of fighting off the threat of relegation from the Championship.

The Tricky Trees are currently 22nd in the table, five points from safety.

However, Guedioura believes that there is enough positivity among the squad for them to stay up.

"We have a good team spirit and everyone wants to show themselves," Guedioura told BBC Radio Nottingham. "The club, the players and the staff have helped me to adapt very quickly. They've given me confidence and that's why I'm happy.

"We have 17 games and hopefully we'll get some wins, get out of the bottom three and we'll stay up."

Guedioura is on loan with Forest from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
