Norwich City midfielder Korey Smith has joined League One side Oldham Athletic on a one-month emergency loan.
The 22-year-old could make his debut on Saturday as the Latics host Bournemouth at Boundary Park in the league.
Smith, who graduated from Norwich's youth academy in 2008, has already had a temporary spell at Yeovil Town this season.
Oldham will start the weekend two points from safety in the League One table.
