Team News: Grant Holt returns for Norwich City

Norwich City have handed starts to Wes Hoolahan and Russell Martin for their Premier League encounter with Everton at Carrow Road.

Grant Holt also returns in attack, while Steve Morison has dropped to the bench.

Everton, meanwhile, welcome Phil Neville back into the side, along with former Manchester United teammate Darron Gibson.
