Anthony Pilkington targets West Bromwich Albion win

Pilkington targets West Brom win

Norwich City midfielder Anthony Pilkington has insisted that his side are quietly confident of ensuring survival with victory over West Bromwich Albion tomorrow afternoon.

The Canaries are three points clear of safety with just two games remaining and can pile the pressure on struggling Wigan Athletic with a positive result against the Baggies.

Despite losing their last two matches, Pilkington has declared that belief remains high in the Norwich camp as a tense relegation battle draws to a close.

Sky Sports News quotes him as saying: "The boys have picked themselves up, the staff have picked themselves up, we have just been training out there at Carrow Road and the mood has been really good.

"Swansea winning was a great result for us, but we have to concentrate on ourselves and make sure we do things right. We believe we have the quality to go out there on Sunday and finish the job off."

The 24-year-old returned from injury against Aston Villa last weekend and has been included in Chris Hughton's squad for the crunch clash with West Brom.
