Newcastle United line up fresh Jeroen Zoet bid?

Newcastle United are reported to be weighing up another bid for PSV Eindhoven goalkeeper Jeroen Zoet.

The Magpies opened talks with the Eredivisie outfit earlier this month, but no deal was agreed so far.

According to Voetbal International, Newcastle manager Alan Pardew is eyeing the 22-year-old as competition for fellow Dutchman Tim Krul.

The Dutch Under-21 international has spent the last two seasons on loan at RKC Waalwijk.
