Getafe midfielder excited by Newcastle United, Everton interest

Getafe midfielder Abdel Barrada has admitted that it would be "great" if he could seal a move to the Premier League with either Newcastle United or Everton.

The 23-year-old was a regular fixture in Getafe's side last season, making 32 appearances, but he has revealed that he would relish the chance to test himself in England.

Barrada said: "I am a Getafe player and I am happy to be here, but if I am wanted by a club, then they know what to do.

"Newcastle is an exciting team in a very big league, and so is Everton, so to join one of them will be great."

Barrada has made three appearances for Morocco and he is a member of their Olympic squad.
