Danny Simpson wants Bolton Wanderers win

Newcastle United defender Danny Simpson has targeted a fifth Premier League win in a row when they host Bolton Wanderers on Monday.

The Magpies are still in the race for a Champions League spot after beating Swansea 2-0 at the Liberty Stadium on Friday and Simpson believes that Newcastle are currently at their peak.

"We've been good through the season but this is the best spell and the best we've looked as a whole. We feel strong and as if we're going to win," said Simpson.

"This is a massive week for everyone in the Premier League and if you can get maximum points, you give yourself a good chance with five games to go.

"We've given ourselves a good chance to get five wins on the bounce."

Newcastle currently sit sixth in the Premier League, level on points with fifth-placed Chelsea.
