Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew, goalkeeper Tim Krul win November awards

Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew has been named the Barclays Premier League manager of the month for November.

The 52-year-old has picked up the award after guiding his side to four successive wins in the month, with victories over Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, West Bromwich Albion and Norwich City.

Magpies goalkeeper Tim Krul has also been awarded by being named the player of the month for helping Newcastle keep clean sheets against Chelsea and Tottenham.

This is the second time in Pardew's career that he has won the award.
