Daley Blind: 'Spain out for revenge'

Daley Blind expects Spain to be looking for revenge when they take on the Netherlands next week.

Daley Blind has warned his Netherlands teammates to be wary of a reaction from Spain when the two nations clash in Amsterdam next week.

It will be the first meeting between the two sides since the Dutch hammered their European counterparts 5-1 at last summer's World Cup.

With that encounter still relatively fresh in the mind, Manchester United midfielder Blind has conceded that the Spanish are bound to be looking to gain revenge.

"I would have some revenge feelings if I lost against a team too. That wouldn't only be after a game at the World Cup though," he told MUTV.

"If you lose against any team you always want to win the next time you play them, so I think they will have those feelings."

Oranje have won three of their last four meetings with Spain.
