Napoli closing in on Swansea City's Michu?

Swansea City have reportedly agreed to allow Michu join Napoli on a season-long loan deal.

Napoli boss Rafael Benitez made Michu one of his top targets at the start of the transfer window after the 28-year-old hinted that he could seek a move away from the Liberty Stadium.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Swansea have agreed to allow the Spaniard to move to Italy for the next 12 months with Napoli having the chance to sign the versatile attacker for €9m (£7.2m) at the end of the campaign.

Michu was a revelation during his first season in England, but he scored just two goals in 17 appearances for the Welsh club last year.
