Walter Mazzarri praises "stunning" Edinson Cavani

Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has praised Edinson Cavani after the striker scored a hat-trick in Sunday's 4-1 win over Roma.

The resounding triumph at the Stadio San Paolo has moved the Azzurri back into third place in the Serie A table.

"Cavani was stunning," Mazzarri told reporters. "He became a top player at Napoli.

"Roma are on a par with Juventus, so we put in a great performance tonight."

Cavani now has 16 goals in the league this season and 20 in all competitions.
