Napoli's Marek Hamsik confident of second-place finish

Napoli captain Marek Hamsik has said that his side are confident of securing a second-place finish in Serie A this season.

The Naples outfit moved to within six points of Roma in the table after a 2-0 victory over league leaders Juventus this weekend.

"Everything is possible," Hamsik told his official website. "We will do everything that is in our power.

"There are still seven games to go and we'll see what happens between Roma and Parma. It's just a shame we dropped so many points against teams in the lower half of the table."

Napoli are in league action this weekend when they visit Parma.
