Stuart McCall: 'Jamie Murphy set for Sheffield United move'

Motherwell manager Stuart McCall has claimed that Jamie Murphy is likely to leave the club later this week.

Sheffield United are interested in the striker and the 23-year-old has been allowed to begin talks over a possible transfer.

McCall said: "I believe he is in discussions with a club.

"He will certainly be playing against Celtic and depending on how discussions go, it looks more than likely that he will move.

"I believe Sheffield United are the club he is possibly speaking to."

Murphy has scored 10 times in the Scottish Premier League this season.
