Fulham and Southampton are understood to be interested in signing Millwall midfielder Liam Trotter.
The 24-year-old has impressed at the Den this season with six goals in 15 appearances.
Both the Cottagers and the Saints have sent scouts to watch Trotter as they get ready to make January bids, according to The Mirror.
Trotter previously played under Southampton boss Nigel Adkins during a loan spell at Scunthorpe United in 2009.
