Middlesbrough sign Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah on loan

Middlesbrough have announced that Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah has signed for the club on loan until the end of the season.

The highly-rated England Under-21 international has moved to the Championship outfit following a four-month loan spell at Nottingham Forest.

Chalobah is the second Chelsea player this month acquired by Boro, who have also nabbed the services of defender Kenneth Omeruo on a temporary basis.

Nineteen-year-old Chalobah signed a fresh five-year contract at Stamford Bridge in August last year.
