Nicky Bailey gave the visitors the lead on 10 minutes when his volley made its way past Brian Jensen in the Burnley goal.

After the break, Tony Mowbray's side doubled their advantage through Joe Bennett's quick reactions after Marvin Emnes's shot was blocked.
